The vents on the roof leaked rain water within 18 months of a owning the home causing some internal water damage to our home. Each time when we inquire with them, they are slow to respond and tell us our repair is not covered by the warranty. Excellent customer service was provided by Sal. He answered all of my questions, and he shared a great deal of knowledge about the community.

The electrician after coming back again to replace it says he has replaced numerous breakers in this neighborhood for the same issue.

- Sprinkler heads installed in back yard were wrong they replaced them. - Yard flooding due to sprinkler leak next door , fixed by landscape techs who came out at same time. Landscape tech said this was the 29th home (yes that's right 29) that he had to fix for the same issue in our neighborhood that month due to poor installation.
Unreal the amount of ease it has been building with this company!! The follow up, the ease of reaching someone and getting things done is amazing. We could not be happier about our decision to have them build our home. We plan to move in the end of this month.

I have been in my home for approximately 8 months, we purchased January 31st 2020. I just learned that Legends homes are allowing Camillo properties to build 72 lease homes in the Merrylands Subdivision. When we bought our house we were not told of any lease houses being built because we would have not purchased. We didnt purchase our home to be next to 72 lease homes. We feel we were conned into buying a home on false pretense.

Eventually I did a walk in with the builder and I asked again about this carpet and he told me that there are 3 different option I could ve chosen and one of them was the option I chose at the beginning. Without my knowledge they installed the wrong carpet and they refused to fix this issue. Now the carpet I have in my house doesn t match the furniture I purchased, and I m not happy with the color or material they gave me. If you are looking to purchase in the area, I would definitely recommend Sal. I found one of the windows broken in the first month of moving.
