Eventually I did a walk in with the builder and I asked again about this carpet and he told me that there are 3 different option I could ve chosen and one of them was the option I chose at the beginning. Without my knowledge they installed the wrong carpet and they refused to fix this issue. Now the carpet I have in my house doesn t match the furniture I purchased, and I m not happy with the color or material they gave me. Bought a new construction home in 2017. Asked them to come out and fix it under warranty. They told us they fixed it, but they didn t. They did fix something in the attic as requested. This builder has poor quality and no ownership.
We ve also tried contact them numerous times but of course. They get back to us These houses aren t old either. After several failed attempts across various levels of leadership at the builder, we gave up on them addressing our concerns and hired our own contractor to do so.

The building process was painful as we had delayed after delay. Work was sloppy and many items had to be redo or corrected.
- AC unit was improperly vented causing excessive leaking from secondary overflow line. - Foundation framing left behind at front door, had to have dug out and removed. The breaker had to be replaced with a "non-GFI" breaker at my approval. The oven would never have worked with the way it was installed. The electrician after coming back again to replace it says he has replaced numerous breakers in this neighborhood for the same issue.

I have been in my home for approximately 8 months, we purchased January 31st 2020. I just learned that Legends homes are allowing Camillo properties to build 72 lease homes in the Merrylands Subdivision. When we bought our house we were not told of any lease houses being built because we would have not purchased. We didnt purchase our home to be next to 72 lease homes. We feel we were conned into buying a home on false pretense.

- Sprinkler heads installed in back yard were wrong they replaced them. - Yard flooding due to sprinkler leak next door , fixed by landscape techs who came out at same time. Landscape tech said this was the 29th home (yes that's right 29) that he had to fix for the same issue in our neighborhood that month due to poor installation.
